Brief History: Raya Taver began in 1982 in Los Angeles as a licensed esthetician trying to find an affordable skin care product line for her then one room operation on La Cienega Blvd. When she approached the established professional skin care lines she realized their prohibitive sales policies, inflated prices, and high minimums for small salons. Than, she with her husband decided to develop their own highest European quality professional skin care product line affordable to everyone.It took them 15 years to achieve this goal.
As time passed, their small skin care product development facility evolved into a state-of-the-art, cosmetic research, development and manufacturing company (with 70 employees) in North Hollywood, California, with over 200 high quality skin care products available (under private label) to numerous of skin care Spas, Estheticians, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons worldwide.
RAYA Laboratories, Inc. in 2005 built for its subsidiary RAYA European Day Spa a magnificent 3 story modern Spa facilities in West Hollywood. It also takes care of all rent and product cost expanses - to contribute to RAYA's the most affordable prices.

With over 25 years in Los Angeles, I have enjoyed the opportunity to grow with my clients and experience first hand, the efficacy of a complete skin care regimen. With the support of my husband, a former scientist and engineer at NASA, and my children, who are deeply involved in production and management, Raya Spa remains at the forefront of the skin care industry.
